Active Directory Replication failure

The Incident: I got an urgent call that nobody at our Pune branch could log in. The error pointed to Kerberos trust failure, and I noticed replication was lagging behind by over 72 hours.

My Toolkit: Active Directory Replication Monitor & PowerShell (`repadmin /showrepl`)

What Went Wrong: I dug in and found the branch DC's clock had drifted more than 5 minutes out of sync with the primary, which immediately kills Kerberos authentication.

How I Fixed It: I forced a manual NTP time sync on the branch DC using `w32tm /resync`, rebuilt the DNS partitions, and manually pushed a successful replication sync.
